Durafill is a coated sand-like grainy material that is applied to all of the turfs after they are installed and "brushed out" with a seed spreader. Its purpose is to add weight and stability to the grass blades and the overall installation. It is an antibacterial and anti-microbial infill material which means it will not retain bacteria which may cause disease or odor if not rinsed off regurlary.
